The terrace offers a lovely spot to unwind among plants and couches, providing a peaceful ambiance after exploring. The rooms have daily cleaning, making for a pleasant and tidy environment.
Getting to the rooms can be a trek, as there are lots of stairs that are tough to climb after a long day. The beds weren't the most comfortable, with some reports of noisy nights making it hard to sleep, particularly in rooms facing the street where car horns and dogs barked. Pillows were also reported as hard and large, making it difficult for some to find a comfortable position.

Solo traveler comfortable choice
I stayed for a few nights and, not only were the beds super comfy, but the rooftop was a real treat for relaxing after long days. The staff made an effort,, even preparing an early breakfast for my early morning tours, which really saved me.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but considering the comfort, it was still reasonable.

The staff was incredibly accommodating during our stay. The apartment suited our large family perfectly, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. We loved visiting the nearby Sacsayhuaman fortress, a stunning tribute to the land’s richness.
My wife says that carrying luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

The staff were exceptional, assisting me with early check-in and accommodating my breakfast request with a great buffet spread. The beautiful terrace provided a perfect setting to relax, complete with couches, plants, and complimentary tea and coffee. However, a missing chair at the fold-down table initially hindered my comfort, although they promptly provided one upon request. Additionally, the absence of chairs in some common areas could be improved for better relaxation.

The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning even when I didn't need it. I loved the beautiful terrace with couches and plants. The free tea and coffee setup on every second floor. The breakfast was great, and they even arranged an earlier service for me before my tour.
The internet was down for a morning.
